Merchandise Return Policy
You may return merchandise within 30 days of delivery with the original receipt. Your return postage, original shipping charges and a 15% re-stocking fee will not be refunded.
If your merchandise was delivered damaged, it should be returned in its original packaging (if possible) for a refund. You must contact our returns department for a return authorization. If damage is a result of our error, we will gladly replace it or refund it along with any shipping and handling fees.
Software, DVDs, CDs and electronic games must be returned unopened.
Order CancellationYou may cancel your order at any time during your shopping session prior to final order submission. If you choose to do this, we suggest that you remove all unwanted items from your cart to avoid errors during future shopping sessions.
For cancellation after final order submission, you must contact the Science Store directly within 24 hours at the Contact number given below. Please have your order/confirmation number available when you call.
Shipping InformationWe use UPS Realtime Shipping rates. These rates include purchase value protection. We also charge a modest handling fee to cover shipping/packing materials.
